My daily vigil & you

Hello! Maybe you’re visiting this page after you saw me sitting silently in my home town of Malvern or elsewhere. Here’s more about the daily vigil itself.
I’m sure you are already aware of our current climate and ecological emergency, and that you are already doing things to help. If you feel inspired or ready to do something more to help our planet, read on…
Start here with some practical suggestions – choose one or maybe two to start with, and take it slowly. Change is always more effective when we don’t push ourselves too hard but work with the parts of ourselves that are resisting, listening to their concerns and taking them seriously.
There’s a list of resources here including my free e-course.
Allow yourself to be led – keep your eyes and ears open.
Small changes might feel insufficient (and they are!) but small changes ripple out and, if nothing else, I promise that you will feel better about yourself and how you are living.
Notice what our dear Earth offers us every day, and see it as your duty to enjoy it and appreciate it.
Remember to be extremely kind to yourself, even the parts of yourself that you don’t like. They especially need your understanding and compassion.
If you’d like to do your own vigil you can read more here.
Do let me know how you get on, satya@satyarobyn.com.
If you’re local to Malvern, we have a group vigil every Saturday 12 midday til 1pm – more information here (subject to coronavirus restrictions – during lockdown we’ll just be sitting quietly in twos with no interaction with the public).
